McClain Death Records

The Oklahoma State Department of Health is the custodian of McClain County death records. Death records are not open records. The requester must meet the eligibility requirement to access or get copies of McClain County death certificates. Persons eligible to request a McClain County death certificate include the decedent’s surviving spouse, parent, child, grandparent, sibling, or legal guardian.
