These records are documentation of court activities and facilitate public access and insight into judicial dealings.

Are Court Records Public in Creek County?

Court records are public in Creek County under the Oklahoma Open Records Act. By this law, the general public may request copies of public records without stating the purpose for the request. Furthermore, the law mandates record custodians to provide reasonable means by which the public can access them, which may include mail and online options.
